Pay As You Go Stage Service
I provide a pay as you go design service, see below how each stage helps to guide you throughout the whole process at the pace you want
Stage 0
This is a free 15 minute initial consultation. This consultation can be done at a time to suit you, either over the phone or on site to help provide a bespoke quote. This is quite important for me to understand everything you want as early as possible and to understand your likes and dislikes
Consultation
Stage 1
I will come and visit again and perform a full measured and photographic survey of the existing property or site and then provide you with both existing and proposed drawings. I can then make some amendments if the design isn't exactly to your taste. I want to ensure you get exactly what you want
Survey & Design
Stage 2
Planning is now required for you to obtain permission for the design. I will compile all the necessary documentation and fill out all the forms for you to be able to give your project the best chance of success.
Planning
Stage 3
This stage is to now obtain permission on how to build your project. I will take your design and create a more technical set of drawings detailing the construction of each element to provide a more detailed set of drawings, I will also liaise with a structural engineer and compile the application for you
Building Regulations
Stage 4
Now all permissions are in place with the council. This stage is to assist with the construction phase of the project, I can work along with you and your builder to help guide you through the construction phase of your project
