The project was to extend the rear of the property to create a larger kitchen/dining area. The existing rear projection was to be demolished which had a downstairs toilet in. The client didn't want to lose a downstairs toilet so the layout of the kitchen had to be adjusted to conceal a toilet within the space. With this layout it meant that the toilet as not visible from the kitchen and is not accessed directly into the main kitchen space.
