Due to an ever increasing family and extended family a larger kitchen with space for a large dining table was a necessity. This project maximised the amount of space possible by straddling the boundary on the neighbouring side which actually helped to improve the aesthectics for the neighbour. The flank wall on the opposite side unforuntately had to be brought off of the boundary due to an existing shared drain that was on the site, this space was not wasted however, we overhung the roof up to the boundary thus providing a secure garden storage space.
